I want to ask for your opinion about the curtain that I made for the window. Lisa, I took your suggestion of a complimentary color and chose blue. I like it really well but it is 100% cotton, I'm wondering if the fabric seems
out of place with the shiny shower curtain right by it. Please let me know what you think about the curtain fabric. I think dad did a great job mounting the fixtures/painting.
The bathroom looks great! I think your guys did a great job. I bet it feels nice to have all new and updated things. I really like the mirror. You asked about the curtains...I can't really see details, but I think you might be right. It might look better to have something with a "shine" to it similar in style to the shower curtain. Regardless, everything looks so nice!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a transformation! I love it! As far as the curtain goes, I agree. I think that you could achieve something that you might like a little more than that. I found this fabric......http://www.joann.com/waverly-modern-essentials-fabric-fun-floret-spa/zprd_10725752a/?_requestid=552821.(I know its not in stock but I like it. gives you an idea.) I could see something like this but then maybe sew a strip in the bottom egde of a dark brown to tie in the counter but also to compliment the stripes in the shower curtain. That's just what I'd do. I'm no pro. Good job Mom and Dad, its Fabulous!
